  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

  • We accept Payments only via two methods. Paypal with the email address (DM Instagram) and via Binance.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.

  • Morose is not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.

  • Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

            Since all items are made by hand, production time varies. Typically, it takes 3-4 weeks to complete an order before shipping. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready.

3. What is the returns procedure? How long do I have to return my order?
            Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective. If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
